Source text - English Dear Exhibitor,
It is for us, the organization committee, a pleasure to extend to you the following invitation to be part of the exclusive group of exhibitors that will be part of our 20th edition of the International Congress of Cosmetology, Aesthetics and SPA taking place the 15th & 16th of May 2016 in Tijuana Mexico, at Real Inn Hotel (previously Camino Real).
This 2015 filled with challenges and opportunities, reminded us that the work we have done during the past 20 years, speak for themselves. 20 years where we achieved a name and a position as one of the best beauty shows in the northern region of Mexico. Always meeting our goal of offering quality education on our platforms and presenting only the best brands at the expo, targeted to the professionals of both sides of California.
With important changes, like the ones we made on our 19th edition, this event will be marked by an air of freshness and Vanguard, since for the first time we are incorporating an exclusive pavilion, dedicated to health and wellbeing, where aesthetics medicine, nutrition and wellness companies will be present, as well as dictating important conferences with innovative proposals for the assistants.
We hope that you decide to be part of this exclusive and much anticipated event, to which only a very selected group of exhibitors will be part of.
It will be a great pleasure to have your distinguished company be a part of this event. As always, I remain

Source text - English 3.3.1 Environment Scanning
The analyzer is able to perform scans of the existing RF environment and present a list of available basestations for the unit to monitor. The user can choose to monitor one or many of these basestations. Alternatively, the user can provide the channel number of a transmitting basestation and allow the equipment to discover the neighboring transmitters. The information can be saved for future usage to avoid rescanning particular environments.
It should be noted that iDEN RF channels can be represented by either a decimal number (0-1439) or a hexadecimal number (0-5A0). In the analyzer hexadecimal numbers must be preceded by the "0x" prefix, i.e. the number 2AE would be represented by 0x2AE.
There are three methods to initialize the scanner to monitor the RF environment. The first method requires knowledge of existing basestation in the environment, which can typically be obtained from an iDEN handset. Figure 3.2 shows how the user can initiate the scan. Just type in the channel number of the known basestation and press the Scan Band button to start the scan. The analyzer will decode the entered channel and then begin decoding geographically neighboring channels. Press Stop scan to end the scanning process, usually when an adequate number of basestations have been detected.
The second method is more of a blind scan that is initiated by pressing the Scan Band button with the text box being empty. The analyzer will search the entire iDEN RF band looking for candidate basestations. It then sequentially attempts to decode each candidate until the user presses the Stop Scan button as
described above.
The third method involves loading a saved list of basestations. The current list of basestations can be added to the database with the Save List button. Basestations can be loaded with the Load List button, but the user must provide a constraint to the loading process. The constraint is either to load all basestations within a radius of a specied latitude and longitude (Fig. 3.4) or to load all basestations that share certain network information like LAC, NDC, MCC (Fig. 3.5).
The Clear List button will clear all basestations from the analyzer. It does not remove basestations from the database. Once a basestation is added to the database, it cannot be removed.
