Donormi vytvárame polovodič typu N a akceptormi typu P.
Wikipedia - by Michal Zugec
- Example sentence(s)
- Referat

- Electron donor — (by analogy) in chemistry and semiconductor physics an atom, molecule or iont with a "spare electron", which it provides (donates) to another atom, molecule or iont to form a molecule or gives certain electrical properties to the mixture. Wikipedia - by Ivan Šimerka
- Example sentence(s)
- donor elektronů - chemická entita (atom, molekula nebo iont) dodávající elektrony
- Wikipedia
by Ivan Šimerka - Polovodič typu N
Přidáme-li do čistého čtyřmocného křemíku pětimocný prvek (fosfor, arsen nebo antimon) vznikne nám polovodič typu N. Prvku příměsi, který má o jeden elektron více, říkáme donor (dárce – daruje elektron). - Wikipedia

Own research - by liviuzarbo
- Example sentence(s)
- Prin plecarea golurilor in regiunea n si a electronilor in regiunea p, vor aparea in cele doua regiuni doua sarcini electrice spatiale, de sens opus (constituite din acceptori si donori ionizati). - Wikipedia
