- Групповое мышление - феномен социальной психологии, автор - I. Janis. Стиль мышления людей, которые полностью идентифицируют - себя с конкретной социальной группой. При этом создается ситуация, когда единомыслие становится большей ценностью, чем следование логике и рациональному выбору решений. Растет уровень конформизма, информация, существенная для деятельности группы, начинает анализироваться тенденциозно, культивируется убеждение во всесилии группы и неоправданный оптимизм.
