Where Omni means all; of all things or in all ways and
shamblic means 'badly organized'
In Urdu we use an Idiom : آوے کا آوا بگڑنا which means that all the things or persons are mismanaged so we will finally use following both options having same meaning;
a) آوے کا آوا بگڑا ہوا ہونا
b) سارے کے/کا سارے/سارا بگڑے ہوئے ہونا
