- Debridarea - se face de regulǎ cu instrumente ascuţite (bisturiu, spatule ascuţite, etc.). Se urmǎreşte îndepǎrtarea ţesuturilor moarte, a zonelor de hiperkeratozǎ, a calusului de neoformaţie şi a filmului de fibrinǎ. Abia apoi este posibilă evaluarea adecvată a mărimii rănii, cât şi determinarea germenilor din plagă.
