            • Së pari dua të them se çfarë është në të vërtetë një investues i tillë: Janë ata individë shumë të pasur, që investojnë një pjesë të madhe të kapitalit për çeljen e një firme aksionare apo për kapitalin e rrezikut (venture capital - pra kur nuk ka shumë garanci që ata të kenë një fitim nga ky investim), duke marrë në këmbim një pjesë të mirë (përkatëse) të fitimit apo edhe pjesë/përqindje pronësie.
