Source text - English The monumental ensembles of the WWII antifascist monuments in Bosnia and Herzegovina are part of unique Yugoslav typology of modernist architecture. They were built as public spaces for mass
commemorations of the past WWII antifascist battles, but also as a material projection of utopian future society toward which Yugoslavia was oriented. These monuments are common legacy of all Bosnian citizens, citizens of ex-Yugoslavia region, but also of all of Europe which is also ideologically founded on WWII antifascist victory. With the destruction of Berlin Wall and wars in ex-Yugoslavia some of these monuments became a kind of archeological monuments to vanished communist political project and past Yugoslav culture. As their counterparts in ex-Eastern Bloc some of them were destroyed in the 90ties by purpose or merely by neglect. Even worst, some of them are being used as a platform for politically induced revision of WWII history. But today something else is happening; some of them are being rebuild and some of them are used for the continuation of
politics which was responsible for their erection. For instance, they are used as reenactment of heroic past battles or as the venue for rock concerts promoting resistance to dysfunctional political system and as a support of cosmopolitanism. They are becoming the starting point of political reconstruction of the utopian ideas that were the foundation for their construction: namely ideas of emancipation or brotherhood and unity. Through an optical prism of these monuments we can view achievements and setbacks of communist era legacy.
Translation - Bosnian Monumentalni ansambli antifašističkih spomenika iz Drugog svjetskog rata u Bosni i Hercegovini dio su jedinstvene jugoslovenske tipologije modernističke arhitekture. Izgrađeni su kao javni prostori za
masovne komemoracije proteklih antifašističkih bitaka iz Drugog svjetskog rata, ali i kao materijalna projekcija utopijskog budućeg društva prema kojem je Jugoslavija bila orijentirana. Ovi spomenici su zajednička ostavština svih bosanskih građana, građana s područja bivše Jugoslavije, ali i cijele Evrope koja je ideološki utemeljena na antifašističkoj pobjedi iz Drugog svjetskog rata. Uništenjem Berlinskog zida i nakon ratova u bivšoj Jugoslaviji neki od tih spomenika postali su svojevrsni arheološki spomenici nestalog komunističkog političkog projekta i prošle jugoslovenske kulture. Kao i njihovi ekvivalenti u bivšem Istočnom bloku, neki od njih su uništeni u 90-im godinama, namjenski ili jednostavno zanemarivanjem. Što je čak i gore, neki od njih se koriste kao platforma za politički izazvanu reviziju historije Drugog svjetskog rata. Ali danas se događa nešto drugo; neki od njih bivaju obnovljeni, a neki se koriste za nastavak politike koja je bila odgovorna za njihovo podizanje. Na primjer, koriste se za glumačku rekonstrukciju herojskih prošlih borbi ili kao mjesta za rock koncerte
koji promoviraju otpor disfunkcionalnom političkom sistemu i kao podrška kosmopolitizmu. Postaju polazna tačka političke rekonstrukcije utopijskih ideja koje su bile temelj njihove izgradnje: naime, ideje emancipacije ili bratstva i jedinstva. Kroz optičku prizmu ovih spomenika možemo sagledati dostignuća i prepreke naslijeđa komunističke ere.

Odredbama Zakona o igrama na sreću (“Službene novine Federacije BiH” broj: 48/15 i 60/15-ispravka) propisano je:
Igre na sreću dijele se na:
- klasične(lutrijske) i
- posebne igre na sreću.
Klasične igre na sreću
Klasične igre na sreću su igre u kojima se unaprijed utvrđuje visina
fonda dobitaka i to:
srećka: robna, novčana, robno-novčana, ekspres srećka, instant
srećka, loto, keno i druge varijante ove igre i dodatne igre koje se priređuju uz osnovnu igru i koriste isti listić, sportska prognoza – toto i dodatne igre koje se priređuju uz osnovnu igru i koriste isti listić, tv tombola – Bingo i dodatne igre koje se priređuju uz osnovnu igru i koriste istu karticu, tombola - Bingo u zatvorenom prostoru.
Klasične (lutrijske) igre priređuju se isključivo putem Lutrije BiH pod uslovima predviđenim ovim zakonom, izuzev igre na sreću tombola bingo u zatvorenom prostoru koju mogu priređivati sportska društva i sportski savezi na osnovu odobrenja Porezne uprave, isključivo u zatvorenim prostorima i ista se ne može javno prenositi.

GAMES OF CHANCE
Types of games of chance
Provisions of the Law on Games of Chance ("Official Gazette of the
Federation of BiH” number: 48/15 and 60/15-correction) stipulate the following:
Games of chance are divided into:
- classic (lottery) and
- special games of chance.
Classic games of chance
Classic games of chance are games where winnings fund is determined in advance, and they are as follows:
lottery ticket: commodity, monetary, commodity-monetary, express ticket, instant ticket, lotto, keno and other variants of this game and additional games that are organized along with the basic game and use the same ticket, sports forecast - toto and additional games that are organized along with the basic game and use the same ticket, tv tombola, Bingo and additional games that are organized along with the basic game and use the same card, tombola - indoor Bingo.
Classic (lottery) games are organized exclusively through the Lottery of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the conditions provided for by this Law, except for the game of chance of tombola - indoor bingo that can be organized by sports clubs and sports associations based on the authorization issued by the Tax Administration, exclusively indoors, and cannot be publicly broadcasted.
English to Croatian: Employment Agreement
Source text - English SECTION 3: COMPENSATION
3.1 SALARY. The Employee will be compensated at the base hourly rate set forth in the Offer Letter. Differentials may vary depending on location and conditions in effect at a certain location at a particular point in time.
3.1.1 OVERTIME. Overtime is paid pursuant to company policy for the location of employment.
3.1.2 VACATION ALLOWANCE. Vacation allowance will be paid as set forth in the Offer Letter.
Allowance may vary depending on assigned location.
3.1.3 SIGN-ON/RE-SIGN BONUS. Employees may be eligible for a Sign-On/Re-Sign Bonus upon execution of a new employment agreement. Amounts and payment timing will be administered
as set forth in the Offer Letter.
3.1.4 Bonuses and allowances. Bonus and Allowances are based on the completion of the term of Employment as outlined in the offer letter. Failure to complete the term of Employment as outlined in the offer letter will result in the Forfeiture of Bonuses and Allowances. You consent to customer withholding the monies owed to customer from your final paycheck and if the monies withheld are not enough you agree to repay customer the amount owed.
3.1.5 Department of State Allowances for Hardship/Danger. Depending on assigned location, Employees may be eligible for Hardship/Danger Allowances. These allowances, if applicable, are
stated in the Offer Letter.
These differentials are approved by the Contracting Officer and are subject to change or discontinuance without notice based on adjustments to the Department of State standards and approval of the customer to pay these differentials.
3.1.6 LIVING ALLOWANCES. If applicable, a living allowance may be paid in certain work locations as set forth in the Offer Letter. Living allowance will be granted only while an Employee is in a paid status. Living allowance will not be paid for Employees while on an unpaid leave status, who are on Temporary Duty Status subject to receiving compensation under applicable per diem requirements, or who are being paid by the Defense Base Act due to an injury/illness recognized by customer. Employees who live in company provided housing will not receive a living allowance.
3.1.7 PER DIEM REIMBURSEMENT. The Employee will receive reimbursement for per-diem in amounts and upon the terms specified by customer, based upon time spent in travel on approved
company business.
3.2 WORKING HOURS. In general, working hours for Employees will correspond to the hours of the U.S. government organizational element supported and adjusted for seasonal-cyclical work,
and emergency requirements. Hours in excess of eight (8) hours per day, and in excess of the standard work week, may be worked as specified in the Offer Letter and in accordance with company policy for the location of employment.
Customer reserves the right to adjust shift hours to meet emergency or other surge requirements. Employee may be assigned to a different shift or work location at the discretion
of their Supervisor.
Translation - Croatian ČLANAK 3. NAKNADA
3.1. PLAĆA. Zaposlenik će primati naknadu prema osnovnoj cijeni satnice utvrđenoj u Pismu ponude. Stope mogu varirati ovisno o lokaciji i uvjetima na snazi na određenoj lokaciji u određenom trenutku.
3.1.1. PREKOVREMENI RAD. Prekovremeni rad se isplaćuje u skladu sa politikom tvrtke koja je primjenjiva na mjestu zaposlenja.
3.1.2. DODATAK ZA ODMOR. Dodatak za odmor bit će isplaćen kako je navedeno u Pismu ponude. Dodatak može varirati ovisno o dodijeljenom mjestu zaposlenja.
3.1.3. BONUS ZA SKLAPANJE UGOVORA/PONOVNO SKLAPANJE UGOVORA. Zaposlenici mogu imati pravo na Bonus za sklapanje ugovora/ponovno sklapanje ugovora po potpisivanju novog
ugovora o radu. Iznosi i vremenski okvir plaćanja primjenjivat će se kako je utvrđeno Pismom ponude.
3.1.4 Bonusi i naknade. Bonusi i naknade temelje se na završetku razdoblja zaposlenja, kako je navedeno u Pismu ponude. Neispunjenje potpunog razdoblja zaposlenja kako je navedeno u
pismu ponude rezultirat će gubitkom bonusa i naknada. Suglasni ste da će naručitelj usluga zadržati novčana sredstva koja dugujete naručitelju odbijajući ih od vaše konačne isplate i ako novčana
sredstva nisu u dovoljnom iznosu suglasni ste da ćete naručitelju isplatiti ostatak dugovnog iznosa.
3.1.5. Dodaci za nedaće/opasnosti Ministarstva vanjskih poslova SAD-a. Ovisno o dodijeljenom mjestu zaposlenja, zaposlenici mogu imati pravo na dodatke za nedaće/opasnosti. Ovi dodaci, ako je to primjenjivo, bit će iskazani u Pismu ponude.
Ovakve dodatke na plaću odobrava Službenik za ugovaranje i isti podliježu promjeni ili prekidu bez prethodne najave, temeljem prilagodbi standarda Ministarstva vanjskih poslova SAD-a i
suglasnosti klijenta da plati ove dodatke.
3.1.6. DODATAK ZA ŽIVOTNE TROŠKOVE. Dodatak za životne troškove može biti isplaćivan u određenim mjestima zaposlenja kako je navedeno u Pismu ponude. Dodatak za životne troškove bit će dodjeljivan samo dok zaposlenik ima status plaćenog radnika. Dodatak za životne troškove neće biti isplaćivan zaposlenicima koji su na neplaćenom odmoru, onima koji su na privremenoj dužnosti i podliježu primanju naknade prema primjenjivim uvjetima za dnevnice, ili onima koji primaju isplate prema Zakonu o obrambenim bazama SAD-a usljed ozljede/bolesti priznate od strane naručitelja. Zaposlenici koji žive u smještaju koji je opskrbila
Tvrtka, neće primati dodatak za životne troškove.
3.1.7. NAKNADA DNEVNICA. Zaposlenik će primati naknadu za dnevnice u iznosima i pod uvjetima propisanim od strane naručitelja, na temelju vremena provedenog na odobrenom
poslovnom putovanju.
3.2. RADNO VRIJEME. Općenito, radno vrijeme Zaposlenika će odgovarati radnom vremenu u organizacijskoj komponenti Američke vlade koja je podržana i prilagođena sezonskom-cikličnom
načinu rada i uvjetima u hitnim okolnostima. Sati koji prelaze osam (8) sati dnevno i koji prelaze satnicu standardnog radnog tjedna, mogu se odrađivati kao što je navedeno u Pismu ponude i
sukladno politici tvrtke primjenjivoj na mjesto zaposlenja.
Naručitelj zadržava pravo izmjene radnih sati smjene kako bi se ispunili uvjeti djelovanja u hitnim ili drugim okolnostima izbijanja nemira. Zaposlenik može biti raspoređen u različitu smjenu ili na
različitu radnu lokaciju prema odluci njegovog Supervizora.
