isosceless Triangle
It seems the text is not written in original English and the writer has somewhat coined a word for an "isosceless "triangle.

: Isosceles triangle. Yes, I think from this definition that you are right. "It is a double-sided triangle, a polyhedron with three vertices and two faces that are identical except for the order of their vertices."

Double-sided triangles can be implemented with Java 3D using two triangles with opposite normal vectors, opposite vertex order, activated backface culling and different colors
