English term
debridement
Surgical dislocation and debridement (SDD) has proven to be a safe and effective approach to treat lesions associated with FAI. (American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons)
The laser treatment significantly increases the speed of debridement procedures compared to tangential excision, enabling many procedures to be completed in one operation and is expected to significantly lower trauma to the patient, with less pain, a faster recovery, fewer procedures, and less complications. Debridement is widely regarded as an effective intervention to speed up ulcer healing. (Update software)

going on! I would use determining/selecting/culling/filtering for the first Identifikation and then ask the client what is meant by 'mittels Ident'. since it's combined with interviews (Direktansprache), I take it to be files/data/CVs/résumés/.... |
I think it's just short for identification, and they've used it three times in the same sentence without thinking. |

In terms of the context I don't think any one of these particular systems is being referred to but that a system or process is implied, i.e. Ident does not just simply mean identification but is a system for identifying candidates |
So what are you going to use? |
