Wie Wikipedia ganz richtig bemerkt, wird eine Gesamtneigung des Rades als Vor- bzw. Nachspur bezeichnet (wobei eine Nachspur nur ganz selten vorkommt).
Ein nach dieser Definition „negativer“ Sturz aller Räder ("breitbeinig dastehen") bewirkt eine höhere maximale Seitenführungskraft bei Luftreifen in Kurven, da dieser der Verformung bei seitlichen Kräften in Kurven entgegenwirkt und somit wieder einen gleichmäßigen Druck der Auflagefläche des Reifens auf der Fahrbahn ermöglicht.
