تعرف ايضا بالبقعة المنغولية عبارة عن (تلوث جلدي رمادي) في الطبقة الوسطى من الجلد، والبقع وفي هذه الحالة تظهر على هيئة كدمات زرقاء تكون أكثر شيوعاً في اصحاب البشرة الداكنة وتشاهد عند الولدان البيض
في الأيام الأولى بعد الولادة قد تلاحظ الأم وجود بقع أو كلف على جلد الطفل، تغيرات في لون البشرة، الوان وأشكال متعددة، قد لا تكون شاهدتها في الأطفال الآخرين، وفي غالب الحالات هي تغيرات طبيعية في الطفل، أو أسباب مؤقتة تظهر في المواليد وسرعان ما تزول من نفسها، وحيث انها أشكال متعددة فسوف نحاول في هذه العجالة الشرح عنها مع إدراج الصور المشابهة ما أمكن، ولكن لا بد من استشارة الطبيب للحصول على التشخيص الصحيح وطريقة التعامل مع تلك الحالات (اطفال الخليج)
