Yo había encontrado en un par de páginas "ladrillo y cliqueo" y "cliqueo y mortero", pero lo quité porque no estaba 100% segura que fueran los términos que se utilizan. Tenés toda la razón, ahora que me fijé, en todo lados vi simplemete "click and mortar" o "click and brick" sin traducir.

Investigación Google. Acabo de pasar un rato en busquedas Google tratando de este término, su uso en español. Para bien o para mal, los resultados sugieren que ya se ha adoptado el inglés, sin traduccion.
Otro hallazgo: El término "click and brick" demuestra mayor uso que "click and mortar".
