perform the Premises

English to Polish Marketing Marketing
The Landlord undertakes to perform the Premises on its own within the scope and in accordance
with the standards specified in Appendix No. 6 and Appendix No. 7 hereto.
The cost of the performance the Premises within the scope and in accordance with the standards indicated in Appendix No. 6 and Appendix No. 7 hereto shall be covered by the Landlord up to the amount of 365 EUR (three hundred sixty five Euro) per I m2 of the Gross Leasable Area while costs above the aforementioned amount shall be borne by the Tenant.

imo - chodzi o doprowadzenie lokalu do stanu wymaganego - zgodnie z brzmieniem załączników;
w dostarczonym kontekście nie ma mowy o pracach budowlanych, więc - jeśli nie ma o tym także mowy w tekście - nie używałbym - "budowlanych" - nawet jeśli chodzi o takie prace ...
Ale - tam, bo to kto mnie słucha ... ;)

In this thread, the Tenant bears part of the responsibilities. Why would the Tenant assume any cost of repairs, and why would the Landlord limit the cost of his/hers responsibilities for repairs? In the provided link, the Landlord has the responsibility for repairs.

Yes, Jacek, it is the context that dictates the answer.
neutral Polangmar : Jednak w oryginale nie ma "improvements" - takie wąskie tłumaczenie może być nadinterpretacją.

This is Sherlockian deduction at work. Quite possibly, standard premises are not suitable for the tenant. That is why the tenant and the landlord are jointly bearing the costs of the upgrade.
