Można opisowo np. "8 pm – all artists at venue!“ ale może jest jakiś termin fachowy. Zaznaczam, że nie chodzi o load-in (chodzi o określenie czasu, kiedy instrumenty już stoją gotowe na scenie – chodzi o określenie czasu kiedy producent wydarzenia potrzebuje żeby artysta już był na miejscu/w garderobie, chociaż nie koniecznie gotowy do wyjścia na scenę).
Chciałbym uniknąć określenia standby, chyba że to właśnie to.

Ja bym to zrobił opisowo z takim nagłówkiem. Jedyne co faktycznie spotkałem to właśnie punkt "Punctuality" o treści "The ARTIST must be at the place of rehearsal or at the place of live performance at the scheduled time."
