L’impianto di condizionamento estivo del negozio ha la funzione principale di creare il comfort interno smaltendo i carichi che potrebbero alterarlo, come l’irraggiamento solare, il caldo esterno attraverso l’involucro, la presenza dell’illuminazione, delle apparecchiature elettroniche ed il carico dovuto anche agli stessi occupanti dell’edificio.
I know what they mean but I'm unsure of how to translate "smaltendo i carichi". Thanks for any help.

Remove heat (gain/load)
heat load/gain appears to be a technical industry term in English, see the link below.
It's often used along with "remove". If you wanted to be less technical, I guess that " remove heat" could also work.

on second reading I guess that "heat gain/load" may be overly technical for the context, it would be more readable to write:
"... creating a comfortable inside temperature by removing heat created by/given off by...."
It's often used along with "remove". If you wanted to be less technical, I guess that " remove heat" could also work.
