This is a suggestion of a translation by an existing Slovenian neologism that has been adopted into colloquial language throughout the country and has been introduced into the 2014 Edition of the SSKJ.
Otherwise, to get a more direct (even if new) translation, it is very unlikely we would be able coin a verb from two other similar verbs like it is done in English.

Neprehodni glagol. Sprostiti se, umiriti se. V velelni obliki »skuliraj se«.
