Agency Agreement
After the termination of this Contract, the Agent may demand from the Principal a compensating performance, if the Agent, within the duration of this Contract, obtained new clients or led to a significant increase in turnover with the existing clients and the Principal is still deriving considerable benefit from the contracts with those clients. The Agent shall have the right to that claim if, taking into consideration all the circumstances, and in particular the agent’s losing the commissions for the contracts concluded with those clients by the Principal, the considerations of good reason shall support such claim.

"Performance compensation encourages employees to do their best work ...etc" would be a proper use for "Performance compensation" but that meaning can't apply here, so you have to look at the context to see what intended meaning [of this "approximative" translation also from Polish?] would make sense.

| Ja sam isto razmišljala u ovom pravcu te sam stavila "dodatna naknada za dobro izvršenje posla"...po kontekstu mi je to ličilo na tako nešto ali rekoh možda neko ima adekvatniji termin...
