Versicherung
Dear Ms. ...,
We share your concern about the extra costs of clearing the Merchandise received, according to the contract dated 12.10.2016 and specification *** dated 15.05.2018.
In accordance with the terms of the contract and the specification, the quality of the Merchandise is determined at the place of transfer of ownership. After delivery of the Merchandise, the Seller is not responsible for the quality of the Merchandise. The absence of contamination of the Merchandise was confirmed at the time of export by phytosanitary certificate.
We assume that organic corn crop 2017 that has not been fumigate may contain eggs of the grain moth. Under favorable conditions, during long transportation, butterflies could be revived.
Therefore taken into account the fruitful cooperation of our companies and hoping for future cooperation, LLC XXXXX ***may consider*** reimbursing your expenses in the next delivery according to the contract dated 12.10.2016, specification dated 10.04.2018.
Thank you for your kind cooperation.
Meine Frage: was genau bedeutet hier "may consider"?
