Google ROM/ENG translate simply suggests 'lien' that doesn't work in E&W - rather than US-Am - law over land that includes buildings (UK LPA 1925) as you never used to know e.g. an apartment/flat. Otherwise, I'm 'surprised' you're in on this lingo combo.
