They should have come out and said that it was a franchise agreement from the outset.

Is it bird, is it a plane, *product* distributorship, marketing or sales egreement?

No. It has many, if not all, of the hallmarks ('En este se estipula/n todas las clausulas de lo que se venderá) of a services franchise in the US sense of a licens/cing agreement, rather than the original UK meaning of a right to vote.

BTW, de novo, UK lawyers invariably prefer the (non-committal) translation of agreement to a (binding) contract.

This sample franchise contract is for illustrative purposes only for both potential/existing franchisees and franchisors alike.
