Proposed translations
sabotage aggression
sabotaging aggression
Could be self-sabotage: e.g. Don't sabotage your career by doing these dad behaviors.
Could be material-sabotage: e.g. The protesters have done some massive sabotages in this street.
Subversive assault or Vandalism
According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, according to the explanation provided in Arabic the correct term in my opinion is the Vandalism because in the sentence is talking about civilians residency areas. And, Vandalism matches that type of assault. But, in English the word Vandalism comes alone, the word assault doesn't follow the word Vandalism.
If it is at the its highest level and a very strong word aims to overthrow the government then it is Subversion assault
If it is about workers unhappy about their employer, and their aim is to create a war, then it is Sabotage assault
The weakest is the Disruptive assault which is just disruption with no political aims, such disruptions in schools by students.

I am between Subversive assault and Vandalism. But, again the idea in Arabic is not complete to decide which of the mentioned is the right one. Could be the Sabotage the correct one.
