S'envien d'ofici

Catalan to English Bus/Financial Law (general)
The author of this text is in love with "de oficio". I have no idea what s/he means here. This is referring to the issuance of a certificate of trademark design protection after the application has been accepted.

"S'envien d'ofici, el mes següent a la seva concessió, si no hi ha designat un representant."

If a lawyer was involved I think they'd need to use 'advocat d'ofici' or a similar expression. I've seen 'd'ofici' in a much wider sense for standard, official procedures. See http://antalya.uab.es/gab-llengua-catalana/www/cat/assessora... for an example.

maybe? Could it mean that the notification is sent ot the offices of the governmental body issuing the application instead of the applicant? That is inferred by the second sentence.

I've withdrawn my answer because I think it's got something to do with the docs being sent to a 'lawyer'!

I think this is a possibility - I think the word 'advocat' has been ommitted because it's taken as understood.
