agree vic voskuil : never seen this as a combination before, think it might translate best as simply "the appeal"//good links! but most of the 951 are not relevant to this though. Still, the plural ("appeal arguments") might work here (as an alternative for just "appeal";)

your comment is appreciated but "stížní námitka" is a very specific term (about 4 hits) that corresponds to "appeal argument" (about 951 hits) // true, plural is used in this context, too. "appeal" is the whole doc, "arguments" are its "points". / thanks!
