Czech to English

Hi,
Do you know by any chance what does the Czech term "dilacerace" mean in this context? Can it be translated simply as "dilaceration"? The text does not give much information. The only thing I know is that the term refers to some kind of a hand injury.
Thank you in advance for your help

Jim is certainly right, but in many dictionaries I have just gone through it says: it also means when something is dilacerated. Dentistry is stated as one option.
