Dutch term

tussenleggers

Dutch to English Other Food & Drink
Anyone got any idea what you call those transparent plastic sheets used to separate slices of cold meat? The website of the company mentioned calls the Vivimatic an "automatic sheeter" but gives no details. Not much joy with "separator sheets" or "insert sheets". Company in question has won the Innovation Award in the category "Food Safety & Hygiene".

Made of polished, die-cast aluminum and stainless steel, the PattyPress is engineered for years of reliable service. For convenience in storing finished patties, an integral receptacle holds a stack of waxed paper or film interleaves. Your PattyPress unit comes with a supply of waxed paper dividers.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I've noted interleaves in my glossary for future reference, but actually decided to merge the last two sentences and simply used 'plastic sheets'. 'Plastic interleaves' didn't get a lot of Google support in a food context."
