Het komt voor in de Memorie van Antwoord voor het Gemeenschappelijke Hof van Justitie van de Nederlandse Antillen en Aruba.

Deed lijkt niet helemaal juist en statement en/of note is mischien weer te zwak. Heb niets kunnen vinden wat passend zou kunnen zijn. Every help gratefully received.
