Povlastice/pogodnosti zdravstvenog osiguranja za usluge koje osiguraniku pruži ustanova u okviru mreže. Mrežu uspostavlja i organizuje osiguravajuća kuća/nosilac plana, koja sklapa ugovore sa određenim zdravstvenim ustanovama. Ukoliko se osiguranik leči ili mu uslugu pruži ustanova koja ne pripada mreži (out-of-network), povlastice su manje a on više plaća izvan "paketa" osiguranja koji je izabrao.
