Carriage shift delay cylinder needle valves (machines with double-drum and Vib-O-Pac 200 undercarriages only): Control the oil flow to the carriage shift delay cylinder, which stops carriage travel at the left and right sides of the slab until the double-drum or Vib-O-Pac 200 undercarriage has rotated to the correct angle of attack.
