Oorimplantaten? Ik zou zelf ook graag willen weten over welke implantaten het gaat, maar ik kan het uit de context niet opmaken. Ik vond op internet ook info over neusimplantaten, maar ik denk dat 'shell' juist om een bepaald soort duidt...
