The Stage XXXXXXX is a mixed use scheme, at the edge of the City and at the heart of the emerging tech cluster in XXXXXXX.

The scheme comprises a 37-storey residential tower, two commercial office buildings, a startup office building, a refurbished viaduct building, 32,668 square feet of retail accommodation and an educational visitor’s centre associated with the archaeological remains of the Elizabethan Curtain Theatre, where Henry V premiered.

The masterplan is set out as a perimeter block enclosing a new one-acre plaza with the treasure laid in the centre the new archaeological exhibition space for Curtain Theatre

In other contexts, 'locaux commerciaux' might work better; but not here, I feel, especially as it is immediately preceded by a figure for area.
