je traduis un CV mais ce "head the" me pose un peu problème...
("Head the X Fund a dedicated USD Y million debt fund for Sub-saharan Africa")
J'avais pensé à "don de Y millions d'USD de fonds de créances au X Fund pour l'Afrique subsaharienne" mais je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite de ma traduction. Des conseils ?

: Odd, though, that in the s/t 'head' is in the present tense, as if s/he still is... Unless it was meant to be a noun, with a type, for (I used to be) 'Head of...'
