English term

cinch’em

English to French Marketing Cinema, Film, TV, Drama tiny clip in a training video for a retail store
Mike Meyers: I tried them with a belt.
David Spade: Oh, you can’t do that – you gotta cinch’em.
Adam Sandler: Yeah, you gotta cinch’em.
David Spade: You gotta paperbag them out and cinch’em.

Having never seen the skit, I have no idea what they'Re talking about (ok, pants, but what on earth is DAvid Spade talking about?) My next question has to do with the last line as well.

TIA to SNL fans!

tu les sors du sac, et hop, tu tires sur le cordon

Maybe?

I think 'cinch pants' = pantalon à cordon de serrage élastique / de serrage a la taille / cordon coulissant

Good luck!
