Sorry I have never seen/heard such interpretation in 8 years working in the insurance industry - we need more context to determine but 'personal' alone does not refer to 'corporel' at all

: A mon sens, c'est une extrapolation. Je n'ai jamais vu 'personal' signifier 'corporel' en assurance - ce serait 'body/physical injury claim'
