From what I understand from the context, they're ads within a streaming video. I'd probably go with something like « les publicités dans les vidéos en continu ».<br>

It may be "en continu", but I wasn't sure about that. Within the context, (here below), I'm not sure that it's "en continu": "in-stream video ads that respond to user taps or clicks, pausing content to open rich interactive microsites associated with your campaign and returning users to the video when they’re finished." = I understand that the ads are inserted in other videos. What do you think? thanks!
