English to French Law/Patents Medical: Health Care childhood

Contexte : formulaire de sortie d'hôpital se référant à la prise en charge d'un enfant instable sur le plan émotionnel

Le formulaire comporte deux cases : child in need Y/N et Child Looked After Y/N

Voici la définition de **Child in Need** : Section 17 of the Children Act 1989 defines a child as being in need in law if: He or she is unlikely to achieve or maintain or to have the opportunity to achieve or maintain a reasonable standard of health or development without provision of services from the LA

Et celle de Children Looked After : a specific legal meaning based on the Children Act. A child is looked after by a local authority if he or she has been provided with accommodation for a continuous period of more than 24 hours, in the circumstances set out in sections 20 and 21 of the Children Act 1989, or is placed in the care of a local authority by virtue of an order made under part IV of the Act.

Je veux pouvoir bien différencier ces deux concepts. Pour le second je dirais 'enfant pris en charge' mais pour le second ??
