@ Asker On the face of it, this seems like poor, non-native EN in your document? 'performing damage' and 'fix-up damage' don't sound to me like proper techncial terms.
BTW, are you sure you are not breaching any client confidentiality by posting this text? Patents are a very sensitive area...
