As you suggest, this looks good. Oxford defines "eminent domain" (not property) as "ultimate or supreme lordship; the superiority of the sovereign power over all property in the state, whereby it is entitled to appropriate any part required for the public advantage, compensation being made to the owner". Thus Wenjer's comment also applies.

: ja klar, sagt Bader/Byrd auch, es fragt sich bloss, ob der spanische Rechtsbegriff und der englische deckungsgleich sind, in England gehört alles Land (seit Wilhelm dem Eroberer) der Krone, wie ist es in Spanien/Lateinamerika?
