Hi Sergio, on a side note - סדר דין מקוצר is not a generic term. please check section 202 of the תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי vs. section 248 of the תקנות סדר דין אשרחי - which deals with המרצת פתיחה. both procedures deal with different subject matter - but they do have the same purpose - to offer a faster procedure in court. (not always accomplished in practice :))
