armswing
The key to a free armswing is permitting the ball to control the entire arm through gravitational force into the backswing and down through the forward swing, until the ball reaches the flat plane of the downswing. (CBS Interactive Inc.)
Make sure your armswing and elbow are close to the side of your body during the armswing (esp. the forward swing) to have accuracy and leverage at release. (fun2spare.2gobowl.com)
By working at it, your armswing will get the job done just as well (or better) than anyone else. Very simply, keep your swing under your shoulder and not swinging away from your body. (Minerva WebWorks LLC)
