Affidavit è dichiarazione giurata; vero che ha già detto "the person is swearing" ma trattandosi di un documento legale e legalizzato (notarized) meglio essere ripetitivi: o no? Su custodia, invece, non ho raggiunto certezze, mi sembra che dichiarazione giurata di possesso renda meglio l'idea ma... non ci giurerei! :-)
