| Grazie! "Indenture of Appointment" e' un altro problema. In un primo momento ho tradotto con "nomina", perche' la clausola del Testamento a cui il presente atto si riferisce tratta dei poteri di nomina veri e propri (nomina dei Trustees etc). Tuttavia, qui mi sembra che appoint significhi proprio assegnare/destinare (i.e. assegnare il Trust Fund ai vari beneficiari). |
