English term
as of a right
English to Italian
Law/Patents
Law (general)
academic article
"While such a possibility is not legally precluded, as a result of which the state could indeed recognize, as a matter of public policy, such positive legal effects, in no way could this recognition be claimed as of a right. "
The original has "as of a right" in italics.
Does this mean simply that while the legal effects could be recognized their recognition can't be construed as a right? or is this a specific legal term? thanks
