Si tratta della nomina di un tutore per una persona incapace di intendere e volere. "Upon motion of X, attorney for petitioner, is ordered and judged that X, be, and he hereby is, appointed Special Guardian of X, upon his executing and filing this Court with a bond (...) with sufficient sureties conditioned that she in all things shall faithfully discharge the powers granted by this Court, (...) and make and render a true and just report of her acts in the administration of her powers, whenever she is required to do so by the Court and, upon her further filing with the Clerk of this Court a designation, duly executed and acknowledged as required by section 81.26 of the Mental Hygiene Law, of the Clerk of this Court or his successor in office as a person on whom service of any process may be made in like manner and with like effect as if it were served personally upon the Special Guardian whenever she cannot with due diligence be served within the State of New York."
Potete spiegarmi il senso dell'ultima frase? Si tratta di una delega? Quello "she" a chi si riferisce visto che lo Special Guardian è di sesso maschile? Si tratta di un'errata corrige? L'avvocato, la ricorrente e la persona incapace di intendere e volere sono di sesso femminile

secondo me al centro del discorso lo è Special Guardian che viene nominato dalla Corte su richiesta di X, il quale dovrà, dopo aver prestato idonea garanzia, assolvere a tutte le funzioni, i poteri ecc., come prescritto dalla legge dello stato di N.Y.:
(e) If the court requires the filing of a bond, the guardian or special or temporary guardian, or trustee, appointed under this article shall file with the clerk of the court by which such guardian was appointed a bond that he or she will faithfully discharge the powers granted by the court to the guardian or special or temporary guardian, or trustee, obey all directions of the court in regard to the powers, and make and render a true account of all properties received by him or her and the application thereof and a true report of his or her acts in the administration of his or her powers, whenever so required to do by the court. The amount of the bond shall be fixed by the court. If the guardian, special or temporary guardian, or trustee, receives after-acquired property not covered by the bond, such guardian, special or temporary guardian, or trustee, shall immediately have such acquisition approved by the court and file a further bond.

il fatto che poi diventi uno 'she' potrebbe essere un semplice refuso.
in seguito si dice che per la nomina è richiesto altresi' che il tutore nomini un suo successore/sostituto al quale possono essere inviate le notifiche
