The Project comprises the construction of two 600 MW HVDC converters in XXX and the installation of four 95-km long land cables from the converter station to the State border in YYY.

The Borrower shall deliver to the Bank the following information on Project progress during implementation at the latest by the deadline indicated below.
The Project will establish the 4th interconnection between Italy and mainland France, thereby increasing the transmission capacity between the two countries and enhancing electricity market integration.
