English term

"in good standing"

English to Japanese Bus/Financial Real Estate
Recently someone asked the question about how the Japanese "tohkibo" could be translated. Basically as Certificate of Good Standing (official form to note companies are registered with local/prefecture governments in Japan). Does anyone know how the phrase "in good standing" would be translated into Japanese? Thanks.

It clearly explains the difference between how Japanese companies and US companies in the States are registered.
