Wouldn't have thought retriggerable was a word - but hey. Rather than constructing a new adjective, the sensible approach would be to rewrite - "som kan utløses flere ganger".

Dang it - 31 k Google hits means it's a word. If it needs a Norwegian version, that must be 'gjenutløsbar'.
