Trochę mały fragment by miec pewnośc ale wydaje mi się, że chodzi tu o użycie "instructed for" w takim sensie jak np. tutaj: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld200506/ldselect/l... Czyli w sensie reprezentowania
Jeżeli (co jest możliwe) mocodawcą jest tylko bank, a "her" tylko korzysta z pomocy w/w prawnika to "także" jest zbędne.

Własciwie to jeżeli XXX to bank to powinno być "który"
Jeżeli (co jest możliwe) mocodawcą jest tylko bank, a "her" tylko korzysta z pomocy w/w prawnika to "także" jest zbędne.
