Aluatul se taie in patru si li se da bucatilor o forma rotunda. Se unge jumatate din suprafata fiecareia cu sos, se pun apoi legumele si cascavalul ras. Se sparge pe fiecare cate un ou. Cu o pensula se uda marginile aluatului, se impaturesc in doua si se preseaza putin. Se pun intr-o tava pe hartie pergament si se lasa 10 minute sa creasca, apoi se uda cu apa si se pun la cuptor la 180 grade pentru 20-30 minute.

Se amesteca si cu o pensula se unge bine pulpa cu tot sosul. Se asaza intr-o tava in care se pun doua linguri de apa. Se frige 2 ore in cuptor incins.
