English term

Outward/Inward distrotion(Pin cushion)

English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Photography/Imaging (& Graphic Arts) Camera specs
I need to know what does Outward distrotion (aberration) and Inward distrotion (Pin cushion) mean. Those terms are really driving me crazy.

Wide-angle shots taken with most lenses tend to have distortion near the edges. With their superb image rendering, XXXXX lenses capture buildings and other objects with clarity and beauty.

In 2012, cameras with incredibly bright lenses have been added to the XXXXX line-up:

The YYYYY, featuring a LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMILUX lens and full-range F1.4-F2.3 brightness, and the MMMMM, with a 24x optical zoom lens and full-range F2.8 aperture.
