This is just information really. Fried rabbit is just what it implies; stekt kanin. It is popular in England and America but I have not been able to find any Swedish equivalent. The rabbit is fried, and there are numerous ways of spicing/flavoring it. Dorset refers to a town in the south of England where they probably have their own variety;hence, a local dish.
